This program is not intended to be a psychological evaluation tool. This is a performance evaluation program.
Our Programs contain a minimum of 38 questions. The focus is on Communications, Morale,
Planning and Decision Making. There are additional questions about Job Recognition, Providing
Opportunities, Work Flow, Quality Control, Preventative Maintenance and
Policies. In order to provide an accurate conclusion, unanswered questions are not calculated within the survey reports.
Respondents are encouraged but not required to supply comments for each question answered.
By purchasing the optional Editor Module, you will have the ability to customize all the questions to your specific needs.
Our Standard Programs offer either a total of 20, 50 or 100 respondents and
calculate each answer by score, percentage and averages. A final report is generated for review when you determine the survey has been completed. Our recommended run time for this survey is 30 days.

"One on One Contact" describes the service you will get with our Ulitmate Program. This is the "Flagship" program of our business. It allows you to work directly with our

Our Standard
