About this Program
360 Custom Surveys was initially designed for use by
Special District Associations such as Police Departments, Fire
Departments, Emergency Services, Park and Recreation Districts, Public
Transportation, and Public Utilities. We have recently expanded and are
now offering this cutting edge evaluation program to private companies

360 Custom Surveys is designed to offer the ability
to perform employee evaluations that are professional and confidential
with positive and conclusive results. This survey provides evaluations
of personnel at all levels from the chief officer to the newest member
of your business or organization. 360 Custom Surveys is an invaluable
tool for board members to determine the quality of chief officers and
supervisors, as seen by those immediately under them within the
department or business. This is also a good tool to curb morale
problems by offering employees an opportunity to express how they feel
in a confidential format. At the same time giving chief officers and
supervisors valuable information as to what is working well and what
may need improvement.

With our
anonymous survey each participant will be given a random assigned code
to log-in and take the survey and no one else, not even his or her
immediate supervisor, will have the corresponding code to determine his
or her identity. The participant will be required to supply an
alpha-numeric "secret word" to ensure his or her anonymity. The secret
word can also be used to return and complete the survey at a later date
if completion was interrupted during the alloted timeframe.
The results and comments are tabulated by a database that produces the
final report for review.
360 Custom Surveys also offers programs that can be designed
specifically for your organization. You provide the questions for your
survey based on your needs and we provide the tools to get the answers
to those questions. We will use the information you provide to build a
custom database with a rating system and the opportunity to make
comments. This is accomplished in a completely confidential format.
