360 Custom Surveys is designed to produce a quantity and quality of information on certain personnel without the need for specific personal information to be either disclosed or contained within our databases. The insight and information derived from our surveys is made available only to those who purchase our programs. We require registration information from and about corporations or special district groups to initiate any new surveys. However, that information is not retained in our online databases and kept on file in our home office instead. Personal information from survey takers is not required. We do not disclose any information on personnel, special districts or corporations to any outside entities.

Any Personal or Corporate Financial Information necessary to purchase "Users Licensing" for our programs is obtained by, and the sole responsibility of, PayPal(TM) and for their use only. Although we strive to provide a secure payment gateway to their service, 360 Custom Surveys holds no liability for their privacy policies and security with required information.

Required information on corporate or special district entities, their officers or other personnel that is needed to produce any of our surveys is sent through an encrypted Secure Socket Layer (SSL) for privacy protection. This information is used only for survey production purposes and is not kept in any online database. Email addresses are kept for communication purposes only and will not be given or sold to any outside parties.
