Please Note: Most computer systems will need at least 40% of free space to run with top efficiently. We suggest that you install these programs on a machine with ample free space and RAM to run as quickly as they are designed to do. For more info, see our "Ask Willie" page.

Easy Interface

Download time is minimal. Installation and set-up is quick and easy. The program will install an icon on your desktop for quick and easy access.

You will receive and email with the registration key. Highlight and copy this key code and it will automatically install itself into the program. You are now ready to set up your survey.

With our Standard Programs, you set the name of the individual being evaluated and your personnel can begin taking the survey almost immediately. The optional Editor Module will allow you to customize your own set of questions.

With our Custom Program, you will use the Editor Module (included) to set your own questions (if you prefer), allow for as many respondents as needed, set the survey to allow for "tiered" levels of respondents, allow for multiple personnel to be surveyed and run several more surveys in one year.

The user codes are already pre-set and will not be made available to the reviewer. Each respondent will supply a secret word, get only one user code and can immediately take the survey. When the survey has been completed, the survey will lock up and the results will automatically be made available to the reviewer. Each question will display scores, averages and respondents comments. The total score will be calculated at the end of the results and the person being surveyed can be evaluated by the results.
